When you request an RFQ discovery or early-access conversation, we collect your first name, work email address, and company name. You may also choose to share your job title, approximate weekly RFQ volume, and biggest quoting challenge. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your workflow, requirements, and potential pilot participation. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Other forms on this site may let you subscribe to emails, request a resource, or book a call. We use the information you provide to deliver what you requested. If you explicitly opt in to marketing emails, those emails include an unsubscribe link.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. This includes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.

• Vercel — hosts this website and provides aggregate analytics.
• Resend — sends inquiry notifications to our team and delivers our emails. It also manages email lists for visitors who explicitly subscribe.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling. Information you enter when booking is also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of our advertising, including which visits and bookings came from our ads.
• Google tags — measure the performance of our Google advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above (who process it on our behalf), or if required by law. We don’t send spam, and we don’t share your contact details with other businesses for their marketing.

You can control how your data is used:

• Cookies — block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Email — click unsubscribe in a marketing email, or contact us to request removal from an email list or stop inquiry follow-ups.
• Meta ads — adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Google ads — adjust your settings at adssettings.google.com.
• Interest-based ads generally — opt out at optout.aboutads.info.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contracting@chaincrafters.org and we’ll handle it — no forms, no hoops. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, and we honor requests regardless of where you’re located.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while you’re subscribed to our emails or while we’re working together — and then delete it.

This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted here.
