When you fill out a form on this site — for example, subscribing with your email address, downloading a resource, or booking a call — we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and any answers you provide to booking questions. We use it to respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and send you relevant emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. This includes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.

• Vercel — hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics.
• Resend — delivers our emails and manages our email lists.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling. Information you enter when booking is also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of our advertising, including which visits and bookings came from our ads.
• Google tags — measure the performance of our Google advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above (who process it on our behalf), or if required by law. We don’t send spam, and we don’t share your contact details with other businesses for their marketing.

• Email — click unsubscribe in any email, or contact us and we'll remove you.
• Meta ads — adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contracting@chaincrafters.org and we’ll handle it — no forms, no hoops. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, and we honor requests regardless of where you’re located.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while you’re subscribed to our emails or while we’re working together — and then delete it.

This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted here.
